Stumbling Into Sanity

In the 3rd year of my grief 
I woke up
to my readjusted self
and conscious mourning. 

I had new thoughts
discovering, 
recognizing, 
other possibilities. 

Energies rose
and swirled within me. 
I reached out
with questions.
