Leaves
in sunlight and shadow:
a harmony of greens,
plus the bass notes
of pine.
June reaches
into hope
set free by beauty:
a green time
thrusting into more life.

Figuring Out Life While Aging

Lovely. This poem really catches a fleeting moment.
